Paper Moon

Coming up with concept shoots is one of my favorite things about photography. I love doing creative collaborations and just being able to bring an idea to life. I have a notebook where I like to write down my ideas and sketch what they would look like and this is the first one I actually got to do. Building the moon was such a hard process that I almost gave up on it. I spent a week painting it and then decided that I didn’t like how it was coming out, so we flipped it over and I went with a more simple design. I am so happy with the results and it came out exactly how I wanted it to. After that it only took about 3 days to cut it out, build the bench, and figure out how to stabilize it. You can see where we connected the face in some of the images below.

This shoot turned into a dreamy fairy tale with the Cherry blossoms in bloom and Megans entire look. You can check out the video I made below!

Greenhouse

Shooting in all of this greenery after a long winter was so nice. I love this greenhouse and getting to do a shoot in it was amazing.

Sedamsville Styled shoot

Another really amazing shoot with Pistil Vintage. This shoot was at the Sedamsville Rector, a place that I always wanted to check out and getting to shoot there was so much fun.
